Multiple Orders

On the « Tracking » screen, tap « ADD AN ORDER » (top right)

To add new orders, you have to process them from the beginning one by one. Tap « Add an Order » and re-start from the « Home » screen. Note that if you often need to order several deliveries simultaneously, you would probably better suited to using  Couriier.Pro (See the description here)

Back on the main screen, start a new order

Choose CLASSIC if your package is under 3kg and 10cm thick, otherwise choose CARGO. We can handle packages up to 80kg and 80cm long. At anytime, you can get back to the « Tracking » screen by touching the orange upper bar.

Input the pickup address

You can type the address or move the map to find the exact location. Please note that the App will check, validate and re-write the address you enter so do not forget to double check before to tap the « Save the Pickup Address » button.

Enter the pickup access details (needed for the messenger)

Check again the address, set the schedule of your order and enter the access details. Those informations are very important to ease the pickup : Company Name (if needed), Name & phone number of the remitter, Floor, Doorcode, etc… please be accurate.

Input the delivery address

Here again, you can type the address or move the map to find the exact location. Please note that the App will check, validate and re-write the address you enter so do not forget to double check before to choose « Delivery in Person » or « Delivery in Mailbox ».

Select the speed and the price of your delivery

Here you can set the speed, price and the access details. Those informations are very important to ease the delivery. If you need details about the terms and conditions, tap the « Info Icons ».

Final step, check and confirm your order

This your cart. You can check every detail of your current order. If you need to modify your addresses, tap on the « Pencil icons ». If you want to cancel it, tap on the « Cross » on the left of your delivery address. Lower, you can see the Credit Card that will be charged; you can change it if needed. You can also enter PromoCode if you have one. If everything is clear, tap the « CONFIRM MY ORDER » button to place your order.

That’s it !

Your new order is placed

From now on, you can follow every step of your orders until they get completed. Click on the tabs to get details for each of your deliveries. At any time, you can call our Customer Service to get infos or solve any issue. Please note that if you need to cancel your order, you have 10mn to do it for free.
